It’s not surprising that businesses are turning to SignMee (signmee.com) as a simple ‘drop in’ cloud solution for managing employee contracts, agreements and forms. SignMee helps businesses move a step closer to the elusive paperless office in a rapid, inexpensive manner. Forms are created from templates (or blank), and then sent to contacts to be filled, paid and signed online, powered by the smart Signmee forms engine.
Signmee removes the need to email, fax, print, scan, file and re-key data when dealing with forms based business processes.
“The magic is in the SignMee distribution system”
Signmee works just like other form builders such as Survey Monkey and Wufoo. In edit mode you can build any type of form by adding fields to the page. You have lots of different options for the field types, and the response types, depending on the types of information you want to show, and the types of responses you are asking for.
The Signmee inbox has been updated to make a few tasks easier. Delete in bulk, find docs using the new filter, find Grabmees and your personal account settings with ease.
1 – Multi-select actions
2 – Select an action to apply to checked items
3 – New filter-simply type and find
4 – Your Grabmees now appear ready to view/grab
5 – My settings easier to get to
Now you can save all your business templates in one place, making them easy to find and copy. Gain better control over your business communications. Improve your workflows and efficiency.
We have made it much easier to find your reports and responses in Signmee. You will see new items in the navigation bar on your business account, including ‘Responses’, ‘Contacts’, ‘Members’, and ‘Settings’. Easy to get to everything in a click.
The Signmee editor has been updated to make it easier to add images, docs, and form fields – all from a preview mode.
Whenever I visit a school to talk about ‘business focused communication strategy’, I always ask what the school is planning in terms of business process improvement and technology adoption. - We are going to put it all on the website
- We are going electronic with our newsletters by emailing attachement to all parents
- We have found an app for the iPhone to send newsletters and notifications
- We are publishing our forms to the website for parents to access
- We are using google docs
- We are looking at SMS services

What if a copy of this completed (and locked) form were to remain in the inbox of the receiver’s account (just as an email does), with a completed copy residing in the senders outbox. Continue reading
