How Signmee Works – 4 steps

Signmee works just like other form builders such as Survey Monkey and Wufoo. In edit mode you can build any type of form by adding fields to the page. You have lots of different options for the field types, and the response types, depending on the types of information you want to show, and the types of responses you are asking for.

In Signmee you can add:

  1. Content (e.g. text, dates, maps)
  2. Response fields (e.g.long and short text responses, check boxes, yes/no responses, selection lists)
  3. Schedules
  4. Payments and charges with payment options
  5. Signature panel (the panel will always appear if a form is asking for any type of response. The panel is only optional for ‘read only’ communications)

Unlike other form builder software, you can actually send a form directly to your contacts to fill and sign and store. You can see who has opened a form, and who has signed, and what the response was.

Once the form is sent to contact/s, a notification/alert is sent from Signmee to the contact/s notifying them that a Signmee form requires actioning. Once the contact opens the form, they will be prompted to authenticate with Signmee (if they are not already authenticated), before completing and signing the form. Once signed, the form is stored for the business (form owner) and the contact in their respective Signmee accounts.
